Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative. Your focus will be on the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, helping restaurants embrace digital transformation and increase their revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs with clear metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in the local market language min. C1 for internal communication.
- Working proficiency in English B1–B2 for internal communication.
- Experience in B2B sales (SaaS, EdTech, IT services, or digital platforms is a strong advantage).
- Confident in handling outreach calls, video meetings, and active prospecting.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on delivering value to the client.
- Ambitious, proactive, and driven by results and professional growth.
What Success Looks Like:
Our reps typically close 8–12 deals per month with an average deal size of ~€90 ARPU. A realistic first-year OTE is structured to reward high performance and consistent target achievement.
