We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Specialist to join our team!
You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating communication quality between our Sales and Account Managers and clients on the Polish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review calls made by Sales and Account Managers
- Assess the quality of communication and adherence to company standards
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement in communication
- Provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written)
- 1+ year of experience in quality control, call monitoring, or customer support QA
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
- Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
