We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. We are a European startup Choice, specializing in the food-tech industry. Today we have over 20k+ restaurants in 25 countries around the world. Our goal is to become the best solution on the European market within five years and to build the next unicorn that comes out of the Eastern European region Our product is a SaaS solution for modern restaurants. We help restaurant owners increase revenue by using modern digital tools, such as QR payments, table ordering, website builder, delivery and takeaway, table reservations, and much more. Our team consists of young and talented team players, who love food tech and enjoy building a product that can be used in everyday life. We have offices in Prague and Warsaw.
Your responsibilities:
- Handling inbound sales activities (restaurants, bars, hotels, food chains)
- Conducting sales calls, preparing commercial offers, and closing deals
- Working with warm leads only — no cold calling
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Keeping customer data and sales activity up to date in our CRM (Pipedrive)
Our requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in telesales or inbound sales will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills, correct diction, enthusiasm, and proactiveness
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Polish (English is a plus)
