Customer Support Representative - ChoiceQR

We, ChoiceQR, are a global food tech startup with offices in Prague and Warsaw. Our product is a SAAS solution designed for restaurants, cafes, and hotels. It includes features such as online menus, table reservations, self-delivery and pickup platforms, table booking, reviews, and a customer database with a loyalty program. Our subscription-based product ranges from $15 to $89 per month and is already trusted by over 13,000 businesses across Europe.

What matters to us:

– It would be great if you had experience as a support manager and have some background in HoReCa and IT.

– Team spirit is crucial.

– We value initiative and proactive approach.

– Experience in online chats, calls or customer support services is a plus.

– CRM skills would be beneficial.

– A systematic approach to daily tasks is important.

– Proficiency in Polish and have at least B2 level of English.

 

What you’ll be doing:

– Helping customers resolve their issues through our support line.

– Prompt responses in support chats and messengers, calls.

– Documenting and forwarding customer feedback to improve our app.

– Keeping track of technical issues reported by customers.
