We are looking for a business-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is not a technical support role; it is a strategic partnership position. Your mission is to help our key clients thrive using our technology while ensuring their retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing key accounts.
- Advise clients on the effective use of the product to achieve their business goals and increase ROI.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to expand product functionality and increase the average deal value.
- Monitor financial metrics, proactively identify risks, and implement win-win solutions.
- Detect downturns in client performance early and provide clear, data-driven recommendations for business growth.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in the local market language min. C1 and English min. B2 for internal communication.
- Thinks strategically and acts as a consultant rather than just an executor.
- Has a successful background in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or similar growth-oriented roles (SaaS experience is an advantage).
- Understands client financial metrics and can communicate in terms of business value.
- Identifies problems before they become critical and takes ownership of the solution.
